  • Late April/ Early May- Various marathon and Half marathon A- Goals
  • May 20th- H+P’s This May be loopy Ultra!

It’s week 3 of this 6 week sufferfest!  If you raced ATB, make sure to cut this volume down or skip the workout for the week- consistency over time= the goal!

H+P 22/23 Spring Block Week 3 of 6

15′ WU jog
3-5x100m strides
6 minutes @ HMP
3′ easy
5x2minutes @ 5K, 1′ easy
3′ easy
3-6′ @ 10K-HMP
10-15′ CD

** Longer distance athletes- Here’s your variation:

15′ WU jog
3-5x100m strides
6′ minutes @ HMP
3′ easy
5x2minutes @ 5K, 1′ easy
3′ easy
10-15′ @ HMP

3′ easy- then an optional add on:

3×1′ 5K or faster, 1′ easy
10-15′ CD
