With the 3K behind it, workouts are will be challenging as we build toward l’Alpe de Pain . As always, modify as needed for where you are in your training.

These will also help to set you up for our upcoming FiveBy5K challenge!

H+P FULL VOLUME WORKOUT  (5-10K option)

15-25 minutes WU jog

5x100m strides

3-5 minutes easy

10-12 minutes tempo @ HM effort

3-5 minutes easy

2×3’@ 5-10K effort, 90s easy

3-5 minutes easy

2-4’x1 @ sub 5K effort, 90s easy

15 minutes easy CD
