We made it through our big build block leading into Trackfest…and now it’s time to push for our big fall goals. Many are hitting big races in the 8-12 week mark, so things might deviate for you in the weeks after this block, but for most of us, this 5 week block will make sense. Let’s go!
EVERYBODY:

5x100m strides
3′ tempo @ HMP
3′ easy
8-12′ tempo @ HMP

2-3×4′ @ 5-10K effort, 90s easy
10-15′ CD
Marathoners: top up with another 8-12′ tempo @ HMP and slow the 4′ reps down by 5-15s/K.
TRACK VERSION
15-20 jog
2 laps of jog the corners, stride the straights
800m tempo @ HMP
400m easy
1-2M tempo @ HMP
400m easy
2-3x 1K @ 5-1K effort 400m easy
10-15’ CD jog
