TRACK VERSION
15-20 jog
2 laps of jog the corners, stride the straights
2K tempo @ HMP
400m easy
4x600m @ 5-10K effort (accelerate in the final 200m), 200m easy walk/jog recovery
800m easy
MARATHONERS: 3K tempo top up @ HMP-MP
CD top up to 20-22K on the day
