H+P VIRTUAL WEEK – Feb 3, 2025

Training:

CHILLY HALF BLOCK- WEEK 6 of 9 (Week 6 of 7 hard)

Fun time is over…HAPPY NEW YEAR!  Let’s get to work.  The plan for the next 9 weeks is to do 7 week of straight hard workouts (starting a little bit lighter and progressively building over the first few weeks), with a mini taper leading into Chilly.  This will set us up well for the major spring goals that happen in April and May for most.  As always- adapt as needed based on your training status.  Let’s go!

  • 10-20’ WU jog 
  • 5x100m strides 
  • 3 sets of:
    • 5’ @ HMP
    • 2’ easy
    • 2,1’ @ 5K effort, 90s easy 
    • 3’ easy 
  • 10-15’ CD
  • #cantwontstop
