Nice and simple- we recommend sticking to one quality session/week for now.  As always, modify as needed for where you are with your training!




H+P FULL VOLUME WORKOUT 

  • These workouts are going to help set you up for our April 5K and May half..along with just generally keeping you fit even if you don’t plan on running those races!

15-25 minutes WU jog

5x100m strides

10 minutes tempo @ HM effort

3 minutes easy

2-4×3 minutes @10k effort, 90s easy

10-20 minutes CD jog
