- 15’ WU jog
- 5x100m strides
- 4’ tempo @ HMP
- 5×3’ @ 5K effort, 90s easy
- 5’ easy
- 7-15’ tempo @ HMP
- 10-15’ CD
TRACK OPTION:
- Do it as:
- 2 laps of jog corners, stride straights
- 1K tempo @ HMP
- 400m-800 easy
- 5x800m @ 5K effort, 400m easy
- 800m easy
- 1M-3K @ HMP
