  • May 20th- H+P’s This May be loopy Ultra!

The time has come- welcome to week 2 of 6 of our spring marathon/half sharpening block!  Remember to cut back/ extend as needed based on your race date.  Let’s go!

H+P 22/23 Spring Block Week 2 of 6

10-15′ WU
5x100m strides

1-2 sets of:
7′ HMP
3′ easy
2×2′ @ 5K effort, 1′ easy
5′ easy

10-15′ CD

** Longer distance athletes, take the edge off the paces slightly and do 3 sets.

**ATB athletes: Do 30K pace for the 7′ and do one set.
