5x100m strides
1-2 sets of:
7′ HMP
3′ easy
2×2′ @ 5K effort, 1′ easy
5′ easy
10-15′ CD
** Longer distance athletes, take the edge off the paces slightly and do 3 sets.
**ATB athletes: Do 30K pace for the 7′ and do one set.
