Another bridge week as we maintain fitness while we wait to crush another big block of training!
H+P Bridge Week
2-3×6′ @ 10K effort with 2′ easy
4x90s @ 5K effort for 60s, accelerations in the final 30s, 60s recovery
2 laps of jog the corners, stride the straights
2-3x1M @ 5K effort with 400m recovery
4x600m as 400m @ 5K effort, final 200m accelerate into 800m effort, 400m recovery
