2-3 sets of:
5-2-1 (5′ @ 10K effort, 2′ @ 5K effort, 1′ hard, 1.5′ in between all for recovery)
3′ in between sets
10-15′ CD
TRACK OPTION:

2 laps of jog the corners, stride the straights
2-3 sets of:
1200@ 10K effort, 400m easy
600@ 5K+ effort, 400 easy
400@ max sustainable effort, 800 easy
