Training:

A few more weeks of moderate volume, and then ramp it up as we target the Arctic mile!


H+P Workout

15-25 minutes WU jog

5x100m strides

5 minutes easy

6-10 minutes tempo @ 10K- HM effort- steady, strong, but don’t crush yourself

4 minutes easy

1-2-3-2-1, 90s easy in between each

  • 1 + 2 @ 5K or faster
  • 3 @ 5-10K

10-20 minutes CD jog
