H+P FULL VOLUME WORKOUT (Race block Week 4 of 6):
15-25′ WU
5x100m strides
3′ easy
8-10×2′ @ 5K effort or faster, 1′ easy
10-15′ CD
TRACK VERSION
15-20 jog
2 laps of jog the corners, stride the straights
400-800m easy
7-9x 600m @ 5K effort, 200-400, easy
CD-10-15minutes
