It was an amazing showing of PB’s at H+P’s first local race of the season! The course is fast, conditions were perfect, and the team was hammering! Here’s how we did:

Jordan was in first for the team, running an incredible 16:59. This earned him 1st in his AG, as well as the coveted ‘B’ H+P Standard.
Larry also earned his first ‘B’ H+P Standard, finishing second for the team in 17:54. This put him 1st in his AG and 2nd overall for masters.
Pat returned to action with an 18:45 and 2nd in his AG!
Dave was in next in 18:49, which earned him is 2nd ‘C’ H+P Standard and 1st in his AG!
Greg ran an incredible 18:51 WHILE pushing a stroller. He now holds the H+P all-time stroller record.
Adam had a breakthrough race, running 18:59. This is a new 5k PB, AND his career best race.
Aidan was in next for the team in 19:39, finishing 4th in a very competitive AG.
Eric finished the course in 19:49, just seconds before Robyn!
Robyn was the first H+P woman across the line, and the 3rd woman overall in 19:54! This earned her a ‘C’ H+P Standard!
Steve finished just behind Robyn in 20:08 – good for 3rd in his AG!
Trevor ran a new PB of 21:01, which is also his career best ranking time!
Catherine finished just behind Trevor in 21:23, which earned her 2nd in her AG.
Jonathan McGrath ran a strong 21:16.
Jody ran a new 5k PB and career best ranking time in 21:26.
Terry was in next for the team, finishing in a solid 21:29.
Christine ran a breakthrough race in 21:52, which not only earned her a 5k PB and a career best ranking time, but 1st in her AG!
Jeremy narrowly missed a PB, running 22:29. This performance is now his 2nd best career ranking time.
Tracey also ran a strong race, finishing in 22:46, which is her 2nd best career ranking time. She also placed 1st in her AG!
Sam ran a solid 23:05, still easing back into racing mode.
Matt ran a new 5k PB of 23:30, which is also his 2nd best career ranking time.
Jodi was in next for the team, running 23:50 and placing 2nd in her AG!
Jon battled the wind to run 24:01.
Cathy ran a solid 25:02, finishing 3rd in her AG!
Lisa ran 26:35, finishing 5th in a very competitive AG.
Lori ran a new 5k PB and career best ranking time of 29:58, cracking the 30-minute barrier!
Caitlin finished the course in a solid 31:12.
Heather ran a new 5k PB and top 3 ranking time of 31:40.
Nicole ran a course PB of 32:52, which earned her a new top 3 ranking time!
