Volume is going down a bit, but we’re still in the thick of things- make sure to modify based on what your goals are!

H+P FULL VOLUME WORKOUT  (Race block Week 3 of 6):

10-15′ WU
5x100m strides
3′ easy
4′ tempo @ HMP
5′ easy
2-4×6′ @ 10K effort, 3’easy
10-15′ CD

Marathoners: 5-6 reps @ a slightly decreased effort

TRACK VERSION

15-20 jog

2 laps of jog the corners, stride the straights

800m tempo @ HMP

800m easy

3-5x 1200m @ 10K effort, 400m easy

CD 10-15

MARATHON OPTION: 5-6 reps @ a slightly decreased effort
